Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs vary considerably depending on the individual product and destination.
You can check the exact shipping costs for specific products and destinations by simply adding any item to your cart and choosing the destination to the right. The cost of shipping will automatically be displayed on your screen.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days from the day you receive the order and returned back to us within 28 days of the order date.
- ALL items must be received in their original, unworn condition and must include all original packaging and tags including the outer carton.
- A refund will be issued for the purchase price in Sterling (GBP). For European customers, the amount may vary in Euros due to the exchange rate on that day.
- Credit will only be applied to the original payment method used for the original purchase.
- Credits are applied within 10 business days of receipt of the returned goods, allowing for processing and inspection time.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been credited with your refund.
- You must adhere to our returns procedure. Failure to do so may result in delays and affect our ability to offer a refund.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return your item/s to us within 28 days of delivery, for a full refund to the original payment. Once we have received the product(s) and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the original card or bank account used to make the purchase within 2 weeks. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
All products on this website are brand new and are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If any item purchased is faulty on arrival, or develops a fault within 30 days.
We will exchange any goods that arrive damaged as long as you make us aware of the damage within 48 hours and send photographic evidence of this damage. If your order has arrived damaged please message us via the contact us page and let us know as soon as possible.
